Our story

Prior to forming HighRock, Adam Finn and Ben Mermelstein worked together at the economic consulting firm of Bates White. Ben earned a PhD in Economics from Northwestern University, achieved Fellowship of the Casualty Actuarial Society, and served as Actuarial Director in Claim Analytics at CNA Insurance Company. Adam worked at Bates White for 15 years, served as both a testifying and consulting expert, deepened his expertise in mass tort analytics, and ran projects for policyholders, insurers, and coverage attorneys.
